Prickly Pear and Rose Caipirihna
- 1 ounce Prickly Pear Shrub
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3/4 ounce rose syrup
- 2 ounces cachaça
- Lemon balm and/or mint sprigs for garnish
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
- Place lime and rose syrup in shaker glass and muddle.
- Fill shaker with ice and add cachaca and prickly pear shrub.
- Shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass.
