Prickly Pear and Rose Caipirihna


  • 1ouncePrickly Pear Shrub
  • 3/4ouncefresh lime juice
  • 3/4ouncerose syrup
  • 2ouncescachaça
  • Lemon balm and/or mint sprigs for garnish


  1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Place lime and rose syrup in shaker glass and muddle.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and add cachaca and prickly pear shrub.
  4. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass.
