Prickly Pear and Rose Caipirihna


  • 1 ounce Prickly Pear Shrub
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce rose syrup
  • 2 ounces cachaça
  • Lemon balm and/or mint sprigs for garnish


  1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Place lime and rose syrup in shaker glass and muddle.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and add cachaca and prickly pear shrub.
  4. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass.
