Chamomile & Fennel Bitters


  • 17gdried organic chamomile flowers
  • 1five inch length dried licorice root
  • 10gwhole green cadamom pods
  • 15gfennel seeds
  • 26ozbottle London dry gin


  1. In a glass jar with a tight fitting lid combine all ingredients and top with gin.
  2. Seal tightly and shake well to mix.
  3. Set aside in a dark room at room temperature for three months.
  4. Strain with a fine mesh sieve before serving.
