Dark & Stormy

Ingredients

  • Glass: Collins Glass
  • 2 oz.dark rum traditionally Gosling's
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz. chilled ginger beer
  • Garnish: lime wheel

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker combine rum and lime juice.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
