Cathedral Grove

Ingredients

  • 1 oz oaken barrel aged gin
  • 1 oz oloroso sherry
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz smoked maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
  • 2 dashes maple bitters
  • 1 spritz of cedar aromatics
  • For Smoking Glass:
  • 1 tsp dried lemon peel
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a ramekin light lemon peel and cinnamon on fire. Condition glass with smoke.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine Oaken Gin, sherry, lemon juice, syrup, bitters and pomegranate molasses.
  3. Shake and strain into prepared glass.
  4. Garnish and spray with cedar aromatics.
