Bermuda Rum Swizzle

  • 1 ½ oz dark rum
  • 1 ½ oz gold rum
  • 2 oz falernum
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Mint sprig and orange twist to garnish.

Instructions

  1. Method
  2. In a chilled collins glass combine rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and falernum.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice or pebble ice.
  4. Spin a swizzle stick or a bar spoon between your hands to mix the drink.
  5. Top with bitters and garnish with mint and orange twist.
