Sgroppino - Lemon Sorbet Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 3 oz lemon sorbet (about 1-2 small scoops)
  • 3 oz prosecco to top
  • 1 lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  1. Scoop sorbet into cocktail shaker and top with gin. 

  2. Shake until the sorbet has broken down into a smooth slush consistency.

  3. Strain into a champagne flute and top with prosecco

  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
