This Moscow Mule variation balances the heat of ginger bear with cooling mint and vanilla.
Gently crush mint leaves to release aromatic oils. Rub around the rim of cocktail glass and drop into the bottom of the glass.
Fill the cocktail glass with crushed ice.
Prepare a shaker with fresh ice.
Combine vodka, lime juice and vanilla syrup in the shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Garnish with a mint leaf and lime wheel
