Wild Rose Collins
- 1 ½ oz Victoria Gin or Collins Rose Gin
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Rosewater Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Fresh Cucumber Water
- 1 Rosehip and 1 cucumber slice for garnish
- Fill a collins glass with crushed ice.
- Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, lemon juice, rosewater syrup and cucumber water.
- Shake vigorously and strain into collins glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with a rosehip and cucumber slice.
