Wild Rose Collins


  • 1 ½ oz Victoria Gin or Collins Rose Gin
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Rosewater Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Fresh Cucumber Water
  • 1 Rosehip and 1 cucumber slice for garnish


  1. Fill a collins glass with crushed ice.
  2. Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, lemon juice, rosewater syrup and cucumber water.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into collins glass.
  4. Top with soda.
  5. Garnish with a rosehip and cucumber slice.
