Ingredients

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Fill shaker with ice.
  2. Top with gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Remove ice from shaker and shake without ice for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Fine strain into coupe glass.
  6. Express oils form lemon peel over cocktail and discard.
