- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 barspoon simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- lemon twist
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Top with gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Remove ice from shaker and shake without ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into coupe glass.
- Express oils form lemon peel over cocktail and discard.
