How to Make a Champagne Cocktail

Mature barrel raised Champagnes will work with maple, fig, celery bitters. A sparkling Muscat will work with those lavender bitters.
You could also try adding a touch of liqueur. A 1/4 ounce of St Germain will make almost any sparking wine taste good with the Lavender Bitters.
Champagne Cocktail Recipe
- 5 oz chilled Champagne
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Long lemon twist for garnish
- Pour the champagne into a chilled flute.
- Put a couple of drops of bitters on the sugar cube.
- Drop the Sugar cube into the Champagne.
- Garnish with the lemon twist.
