Blood Orange and Juniper Shrub
- 12Blood Oranges - Juiced. Peels reserved.Should yield about 3 cups of juice.
- 1CupTurbinado Sugar
- 1CupChampagne Vinegar
- 8TbspsCrushed Juniper Berries
- Make an oleo saccharum with sugar and orange peels.
- Let oleo saccharum stand for about an hour.
- Combine orange juice, vinegar and oleo saccharum.
- Place mixture in resealable container and refrigerate at least three days before using.
