Bitter Lemon Soda

Bitter lemon soda is virtually unheard of in North America. Schweppe’s and Fever Tree both make bitter lemon. Of course, they are widely available in the UK, not so much in Canada. You might find them in specialty stores that cater to English expats. Better yet – Make your own Bitter Lemon Soda.

Pimm’s Cup

  • 2 oz Pimm’s No. 1
  • 4 oz Bitter Lemon Soda
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 apple slice
  • 1 cucumber spear
  1. Pour the Pimm’s and bitter lemon soda into a chilled collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with the lemon, apple and cucumber.
